基本简介
陈永顺,男,1956年生,讲席教授,海洋科学与工程系创系主任,1982年毕业于中国科学技术大学,获地球物理学学士学位;1989年毕业于美国普林斯顿大学,获地球物理学博士学位。曾任美国俄勒冈州立大学海洋研究院助教授、副教授;2001年任北京大学地空学院教授。2002年度国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。主要从事海洋地球物理学、地震大地构造学等方面的研究。2004年-2008年,被聘为海洋地球物理学杂志(Marine Geophysical Researches)两位主编之一;中国综合大洋钻探计划(IODP-China)专家委员会成员;曾在海洋扩张板块边界动力学和海洋地壳形成机制等方面作出开创性的贡献;提出的海洋地壳形成机制摸型, 较好地解释了大洋中脊海洋地壳地震观测的主要成果和在大陆上对蛇绿岩套野外观测的结果, 而被国际海洋地学界广泛地应用。 2001年从美国回到北京大学后开辟了“地震大地构造学”新领域,开展野外流动地震台阵观测,发展和改进了多种地震学方法对中国大陆重要构造区域的地壳和上地幔三维精细结构进行综合反演研究,在国际期刊连续发表系列有影响力的研究成果。根据Hi-CLIMB二维台阵的SKS分裂研究结果提出了藏南软流圈的“Corner flow”模式;体波成像结果,揭示了印度岩石圈在小尺度俯冲到班公湖-怒江缝合带南侧后,以大角度向下俯冲的全新模型。利用体波和面波联合反演获得了东北地区0-700公里深度范围内精细波速度结构,针对长期困扰地学界的“东北地区板内火山活动”提出了一个全新的“东北地区的局部上地幔对流模式”,引起了国际地学界的高度关注。任InterRidge国际大洋中脊协会主席、曾任Marine Geophys 主编、JGR-Solid Earth编委、基金委地学部评审专家。累计发表学术论文130篇,完全他引2038次,单篇最高他引270次。主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目、重点项目、科技部973\863项目、地震行业科研专项项目、国土资源部行业调查等项目十多项。
