Zhen He is an assistant professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). He got his bachelor degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2013 and obtained Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of Hefei China (USTC) in 2018. Then, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow and research associate at the National Research Center for Physical Science at the Microscale, USTC. Dr. He’s research interests include the design of bioinspired nanostructures and their microscopic properties, advanced characterization techniques (synchrotron-based small-angle X-ray scattering, atomic force microscopy, etc.), and the conformational relationships between microscopically ordered structures and macroscopic assemblies. Currently, he has published over 20 papers in related fields, such as Chem. Soc. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater, Small. He has hosted the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program).
