Dr. He Zhubing, graduated from the City University of Hong Kong in 2009 with a Ph.D. degree in Applied Physics and Materials Science, is currently a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology, director of the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Functional Materials for Full-spectrum Power Generation, and an expert in solar energy conversion technology. He has published more than 130 SCI papers, including published over 100 papers as corresponding author in internationally renowned journals such as Nature、Nature Energy、Science Advances、Joule、Advanced Materials, including 10 ESI highly cited papers, he has been cited more than10,000 times, the H index is 51, and he has authorized more than 40 invention patents in the field of photovoltaic photothermal, and has participated in international conferences. More than 20 reports were invited.
Professor He Zhubing has been engaged in the research of photovoltaic cells, nanomaterials, optoelectronic devices, and thin film preparation technology for many years. To develop solar full-spectrum integrated power generation technology with the overall conversion efficiency of the system exceeding 30%. Especially focusing on the research of interface physical chemistry of materials, devices and systems. These mainly include: 1) new photovoltaic cells with high conversion efficiency; 2) interfacial carrier transport and recombination; 3) interfacial light-to-heat conversion based on nano-optics; 4) organic-inorganic hybrid phase-change heat storage materials; 5) photovoltaic Synergistic power generation technology with solar heat.
