Personal Profile:

Tao Feng, from Wuwei, Anhui Province, is an associate researcher and master's supervisor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Southern University of Science and Technology. His research is based on solid-state physics and inorganic chemistry. He focuses on exploring unconventional thermoelectric material systems, including: 1. Research on magneto-thermoelectric materials (such as Nernst, Magneto-Seebeck, etc.); 2. Research on correlated electron-based thermoelectric materials. The research covers topological materials, strongly correlated physics, low-temperature electrical and thermal transport, etc. He has published more than 30 papers in international authoritative journals such as Advanced Materials, Energy & Environmental Science, Next Energy, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Materials Today Physics, and Applied Physics Letter. He has applied for 6 invention patents. His research results have been reported by professional media such as Nanfang Plus many times. Currently, he serves as a young editorial board member of journals such as "Energy Materials and Devices" and "Progress in Natural Science: Materials International". He is also an invited reviewer for journals such as ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Physics Letter, Vacuum, and Nanotechnology. He is a core member of the Guangdong Key Laboratory of Information Functional Oxide Materials and Devices and a member of the expert database of Shenzhen National High-tech Industrial Innovation Center. He has obtained the special talent support of Shenzhen's "Pengcheng Peacock Plan" (2024).
