Faculty
Dr. Feichi Zhou is now an associate professor at the Southern University of Science and Technology and the principal investigator of the Laboratory of Bioinspired In-Sensor Computing. She has been working on emerging in-sensor and near-sensor computing devices and systems, optoelectronic memory & neuromorphic vision sensors, emerging devices for the post-Moore's era, AI vision chips, and monolithic 3D integrated sensing-memory-computing chips. She has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in international journals, including the first or corresponding author in high-impact journals, e.g. Nature Nanotechnology (ESI highly cited), Nature Electronics (ESI highly cited), Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, etc. She was also the recipient of the Hong Kong Young Scientist Award, IEEE EDSSC best paper award, and the International Symposium on Memory Devices for Abundant Data Computing best paper award. She also serves as a reviewer for Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, etc. We are looking for research assistant professors, postdoctoral fellows, research assistants, and PhD applicants. If you are interested in our group, please contact Dr. Zhou via email zhoufc@sustech.edu.cn.
