个人介绍:

戴紫薇2010年本科毕业于北京大学数学科学学院,2016年在北京大学定量生物学中心获得博士学位,同年赴美国杜克大学从事博士后研究,2021年2月全职回国加入南方科技大学生物系,担任助理教授。戴紫薇博士致力于基于计算和系统生物学的交叉学科研究,通过多组学数据分析和代谢网络定量建模方法的整合,研究肿瘤中的营养代谢,特别是葡萄糖和氨基酸代谢的异常,以及代谢对表观遗传修饰和基因表达的调控机制。研究成果发表在Nature, Cell Metabolism, Nature Reviews Genetics, Nature Genetics, Nature Communications,Science Advances, Metabolic Engineering, JBC等国际顶尖杂志,多次被选为封面文章,总引用次数超过1200次,并得到The Atlantic等知名杂志报道。

 

研究领域:

课题组运用组学数据分析和生物网络计算建模方法,定量、系统地研究细胞、组织乃至机体水平上的营养代谢,以及代谢与表观遗传修饰、基因表达调控以及人类疾病之间的关系。主要研究方向包括:
