田瑞军博士,国家杰出青年基金获得者,南方科技大学理学院化学系终身教授、南方科技大学技术转移中心主任、南方科技大学光明高等研究院副院长、化学生物学与组学分析研究中心主任,中国蛋白质组组织CNHUPO副理事长、中国化学会色谱专业委员会副理事长、全国色谱会学术委员会常务委员、中国质谱学会理事和中国分子系统生物学学会理事。2008年于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所获得分析化学博士学位,师从邹汉法研究员,并获得中国科学院院长优秀奖和中国科学院优秀毕业生奖励。同年加入加拿大渥太华系统生物学研究所进行博士后研究,师从Daniel Figeys教授。2010年加入加拿大多伦多大学和西奈山医院继续博士后研究,师从Tony Pawson院士,并获得加拿大国立卫生研究院(CIHR)博士后基金资助。2014年起受聘南方科技大学化学系副教授(研究员),并于2020年晋升终身正教授。致力于蛋白质组学方法学研究,并在蛋白质复合物、细胞信号转导和肿瘤微环境等生物医学方向开展应用研究。已在国际主流学术期刊Nature、Nat. Chem. Biol.、Cell Chem. Biol.、Nat. Commun.、PNAS、Mol. Cell. Proteomics、Anal. Chem.等上发表论文百余篇。作为负责人获国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目、科技部国家重点研发计划子课题等资助。作为客座主编在Curr. Opin. Chem. Biol.等发表专刊两部。担任分析化学和色谱杂志编委。
