交叉研究领域

主要从事有机合成方法学,天然产物和活性小分子的全合成、衍生化。在此基础之上对有机小分子进行活性表征,对有生物活性的分子进行构效关系研究,并利用化学生物学的手段进行生物活性机理研究,以期发现具有药物开发前景的先导化合物。
