个人简介

陈华,南方科技大学量子科学与工程院副研究员,博导,IEEE Senior Member,深圳市“鹏城孔雀计划”特聘人才。2007年本科毕业于重庆邮电大学微电子专业,2017年博士毕业于中国科学院微电子研究所。2007-2010年,担任中国电科24所RFIC工程师。2017-2022年,担任中科院微电子所助理研究员、副研究员(在编)。2022年4月,加入南科大量子院。在中国电科24所期间,参与了数字电视调谐器、射频标签、北斗二代导航定位等多款芯片量产;在中科院微电子所期间,参与了多项国家级重大项目。Nature Electronics/IEEE Sensors Journal等期刊审稿人,共发表论文36篇,申请专利14项,授权7项,主持自然基金项目2项。在PLL、AFE及MEMS测控方面有专长,目前的研究兴趣为面向可扩展量子计算的高性能集成化低温测控芯片设计。
