Lars Samuelson

Lars Samuelson 于 1977 年获得物理学博士学位,研究方向为半导体深能级电子声子耦合的实验和理论研究,随后在加州 IBM 圣何塞研究中心攻读博士后,活跃于显示领域 技术和能带结构计算。 1981 年,他成为隆德大学物理学副教授,并于 1986 年成为查尔姆斯/哥德堡大学半导体物理学教授。 1988 年,他重返隆德大学物理系半导体电子学教授职位,并发起了跨学科研究中心纳米结构联盟(后来称为 NanoLund),目前该中心拥有 400 多名研究人员。 自2021年起,他受聘为中国深圳南方科技大学(SUSTech)讲席教授,并担任纳米科学与应用研究所(INA)的负责人。


2004 年,他成为英国物理研究所 (FinstP) 院士,2009 年成为美国物理学会(APS,材料物理学)院士,2020 年成为日本应用物理学会 (JSAP) 国际院士。 他于1998年成为英国皇家物理学会会员,2006年成为瑞典皇家科学院KVA会员(物理级),2007年成为瑞典皇家工程科学院IVA会员。2008年,他被任命为“爱因斯坦教授” ”,中国科学院。 2013年,他获得了2010-2013三年期IUVSTA科学奖,并于2014年获得了Fred Kavli纳米科学杰出讲师奖。 2018年,他因基础材料科学创造商业价值而获得威廉·韦斯特鲁普奖。 2022 年,拉尔斯·萨缪尔森被瑞典皇家工程科学院授予工程科学最高奖——大金奖,“表彰他作为纳米科学和纳米技术领域的先驱研究员和研究领导者以及对科学成果的利用所做出的国际杰出贡献, 特别是在半导体技术领域”和“对纳米材料领域的杰出贡献”。 2023年,拉尔斯·萨缪尔森当选“中国科学院外籍院士”。


Lars Samuelson 是 QuNano AB、GLO AB、Sol Voltaics AB 和 Hexagem AB 四家致力于纳米线和纳米材料技术商业化的初创公司的创始人和首席科学家。 Samuelson 是 Web-of-Science 上 700 多篇文章的作者,h 指数为 91(根据 Google 学术搜索,h 指数为 108),并被列为 Web-of-Science 被引用次数最多的 1% 的研究人员之一。 在国际会议上进行超过 300 次全体会议/特邀报告。
