周琳,男,2014年本科毕业于上海交通大学信息工程系,2018年博士毕业于新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程系,2019-2020在美国密歇根大学安娜堡分校电子工程与计算机科学系从事博士后研究,2020年8月至2025年10月于北京航空航天大学网络空间安全学院任副教授、博士生导师,2025年11月至今任南方科技大学自动化与智能制造学院副教授。

周博士入选国家级青年人才计划(工信部启明)、北京航空航天大学卓越百人计划、北京航空航天大学青年拔尖人才计划。主要研究方向包括信息论、统计异常检测、无线通信、网络化控制等,长期聚焦于低时延、强安全、高可靠通信息系统的理论研究。以第一/通讯作者身份发表CCF A类期刊论文20篇,其中信息论领域顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Information Theory 17篇;以第一作者身份发表信息论领域英文专著2部、英文教材1部,参编国家十四五规划教材1部。主持国家级青年人才项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、北京实验室等项目,获2022年中国指控学会科技进步一等奖(3/15)与中国电子学会信息论分会青年新星。担任IEEE TCOM编委,IEEE ISIT/SSP/VTC/WCSP/ICCC等国际国内会议TPC member,长期担任IEEE TIT、JSAC、TCOM、TSP等国际期刊审稿人。研究成果得到了国内外学者的引用与正面评价,包括香农奖得主Sergio Verdú教授、Shlomo Shami教授,美国国家科学院院士Vincent Poor教授、中国科学院院士尤肖虎教授、英国皇家工程院院士Lajos Hanzo教授、德国科学院院士Holger Boche教授,IEEE TIT主编Venugopal V. Veeravalli教授,IEEE JSAIT主编Tara Javidi教授,麻省理工Yury Polyanskiy教授、加州理工Victoria Kostina教授、剑桥大学Albert Fabregas教授。
