个人简介

刘泉,医学博士,南方科技大学医学院联合党委副书记、医学院联合分工会主席、中国生物医学工程学会免疫治疗工程分会移植免疫专业委员会副主任委员、副教授、研究员、副主任医师,博士生导师。刘泉博士于哈尔滨医科大学获医学学士(2002)、硕士(2005)、博士(2011)学位。历任哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院心脏大血管外科住院医师、主治医师、副主任医师。2009年至2017年,在匹兹堡大学Thomas E. Starzl移植研究所从事移植免疫学、炎症调控和IL-33免疫生物学等方面科学研究。2007和2008年两次获得黑龙江省科学技术二等奖,2013年获美国移植协会(AST)和美国移植外科医生协会(ASTS)联合颁发的青年科学家奖。移植免疫学研究成果被写入经典免疫学教材Janeway’s Immunobiology (10th Ed, 2022)。

 

 

研究领域

1、肿瘤免疫及免疫治疗。

2、神经-免疫-代谢的相互作用,特别是上皮细胞因子(如IL-33)、神经递质(如CGRP、NMU、NE等)等对ILC及Treg的免疫生物学作用;

 3、移植免疫。

 

主要科学发现

1、以移植物内供者树突状细胞为例,证明了供者细胞产生的外泌体是移植抗原提呈半直接途径的物质基础。

2、发现了移植物内受者来源的抗原提呈细胞维持移植排斥反应的作用。

3、发现了急性肺损伤过程中Treg和IL-33对组织修复的调节作用。

 

科研成果

1、关于移植抗原提呈机制的研究成果,被写入2022年7月出版的经典免疫学教材Janeway’s Immunobiology, 10th Ed (Chapter 15 Autoimmunity and Transplantation, Section 21 Alloreactive T cells reject transplanted organs by direct and indirect allorecognition)。

2、论文发表:发表SCI论文22篇,其中IF>20的期刊收录3篇,影响因子>10的期刊收录6篇,Nature Index期刊收录5篇。中文发表论文6篇。

3、基金项目:曾主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,已顺利结题;现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。
