师资
王敏博士,深港微电子学院智能传感器实验室负责人(PI),副教授,博士生导师。2015年毕业于日本东北大学,获博士学位,之后留校历任工学研究科研究员和微系统研究中心助理教授。2017年加入南方科技大学,主要研究MEMS基智能传感器的设计与开发,重点领域包括新型红外热成像阵列、压电能量收集器件和柔性智能电子器件等。
