个人简介

赵健，南方科技大学公共卫生及应急管理学院助理教授、副研究员、博士生导师，入选深圳市高层次人才计划。主要研究方向包括：（1）基于大规模队列研究探究生命早期暴露对全生命周期健康的影响；（2）分子流行病学研究中多组学大数据的因果推断和整合分析（如孟德尔随机化）；（3）基于人工智能的复杂疾病药物新靶点发现。目前主持国家自然科学基金-面上项目、国家自然科学基金-国际（地区）合作研究与交流项目、深圳市医科院医学专项基金项目（2项，合计经费280万元）、深圳市自然科学基金-面上项目、中英国际合作项目（英方PI）和上海交通大学卓越公共卫生人才培养等项目，并作为研究骨干参与欧洲研究委员会（ERC）、英国国立卫生研究院（NIHR）、David Telling Charitable Trust资助项目和上海市科委国际科技合作项目。

截至目前，共发表学术论文60余篇，其中包括以第一或者通讯作者身份发表在Journal of Hepatology, Clinical and Molecular Hepatology, Lancet-eBioMedicine, BMC Medicine, J Clin Endoc Metab, Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, Human Reproduction, Liver International等领域内权威期刊，并担任BMC Medicine, Scientific Reports编委及包括BMJ、JAMA、Journal of Hepatology、European Heart Journal、Gut、Diabetes Care、International Journal of Epidemiology、Fertility and Sterility、Diabetologia、Computers in Biology and Medicine等多个领域内权威SCI学术期刊的审稿人和review editor。
