师资
讲席教授。1984、1987和1990年在大连理工大学分别获学士、硕士和博士学位。先后在大连理工大学(1990-2002)和中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所(2002-2019)工作,1995年起任教授,2008年被聘为首批二级研究员。1998、2001、2004年在荷兰Delft理工大学,2008年在美国Stanford大学从事客座研究工作。主要从事地震波传播与成像研究。曾主持国家杰出青年基金、国家自然科学重点基金、国家科技重大专项课题、863项目和大型油气企业委托项目研究。多项成果在油气勘中得到很好应用,研发的偏移成像方法与软件已成为中石油油气勘探开发的核心技术,为大庆油田致密油勘探和剩余油挖潜做出了重要贡献。已发表SCI论文70余篇,在Geophysics、Geophys. J. Int.和Geophys. Prosp. 这三个权威勘探地球物理期刊发表论文34篇,获发明专利授权15项。
